Short Bio

I completed my PhD with the Molecular Information Systems Lab (MISL), where I developed a molecular tagging system that can quickly read and write small amounts of information in DNA. Huge thanks to my lab and all the support I’ve received during my time at CSE.

I am now at Adaptive Biotechnologies, where I’m excited to work on the Antigen Map Project. This project hopes to take a stab at decoding the human immune system by sequencing T-cell receptors to diagnose previous and current exposure to pathogens and diseases.
